For those of you who don't know, I volunteer in a local Save The Children shop and this is a small section of the staff rooms upstairs where we process all the donations that come in. This is the bric-a-brac area. We have areas for ladies clothes, mens clothes, kids clothes, household linen, kids toys, all the books, shoes, general items. The amount of stuff up there is incredible.
I love going in on a Friday and seeing what's come in that week.

Oh I've spotted about 20 gazillian things I would like! Great picture!
So that's where my coffee mug went... ;)
Is that something from Ikea in the bottom left? :-) x
see I couldnt work there - I guarantee I would be coming home with ALL the crockery
I would have SO much fun sorting through that lot!
If I went in there I'd end up needing an old lady stylee cabinet to put all my crockery finds in.
Nothing better then a mooch, a bargain and hopefully helping a good cause all at the same time.
The place you volunteer right?
x
I so want to go through all those shelves...
tut tut shopping again eh?
Nice photo, looks straight out of the 70's.

I love a stack of crockery on an open shelf. I'm just pretty sure if I tried it, it would just look plain messy! Great pic x
hmmm thinking a trip to a charity shop may be just what my depleted crockery collection needs....
This picture fills me with fear. If Belle got anywhere near these shelves it would be crockery carnage!
Thanks for all your comments.
